Sales Maximization of Products

Under this project, we basically offered sales support to Mkopa products like phones and or aim is sales maximization. Other responsibilities include the following: Marketing and promoting M-KOPA’s products and services to potential customers, conducting assessments and surveys to determine customer needs and preferences, assisting customers with the installation and use of M-KOPA products, collecting payments from customers on behalf of M-KOPA, providing training to customers on how to use and maintain M-KOPA products, handling customer complaints and resolving issues and monitoring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to M-KOPA.
