Christopher David Lwebuga (born 13 February 1993, Kampala, Uganda) is a Ugandan legal professional, public administrator, and governance specialist with extensive expertise in labour law, legal research, and corporate advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kampala International University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (Rwanda), a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management and a Master’s in Management Studies (Public Administration and Management) from the Uganda Management Institute Kampala. He currently serves as a Board Member of Voices for Labour, a Director at Logan Properties Ltd Senior Legal Consultant at Info-Code Consults and a Research Officer (Legal) at the Industrial Court of Uganda under the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, His career spans distinguished roles in private legal practice, mediation, labour dispute resolution, policy analysis, and strategic corporate leadership. Christopher is an active member of the East African Law Society, African Labour Law Society, and International Lawyers Assisting Workers Network. He is also a published researcher in labour rights, industrial relations, and public administration, with participation in high-level national and international trainings on labour standards, dispute resolution, and governance. Outside his professional commitments, Christopher is passionate about volunteerism, civic engagement, and continuous learning. He remains dedicated to advancing fair labour practices, advisory and strengthening institutional governance in Uganda and beyond.
