Amos Karugaba is a dynamic I.T. Specialist with over a decade of experience in systems innovation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He led the development of the Industrial Court Case Management Information System (ICCMIS) and pioneered Uganda's first fully digitized courtroom with integrated Video and Audio Transcription technology, later extending this innovation to the High Court circuits of Mbarara and Lira. Holding a BSc in Computer Science and certifications from MIT, AWS, Cisco, and ISACA, Amos blends expertise in software development, cloud infrastructure, and digital forensics. Recognized by the Tony Elumelu Foundation and CamTech Global, he is passionate about optimizing systems, safeguarding data, and driving innovation.
